If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a few business days.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 2–5 business days across the UK.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey to your home.
In rare cases, small delays may occur due to courier network congestion or seasonal demand — we’ll always notify you if that happens.
How should I wash my blanket?
For best results, machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle.
Use mild detergent only — avoid bleach or fabric softeners.
